Shipping is discreet and will not have “Orgasmaide” or any other adult company name visible. You must be over 18 years old to order from ORGASMAIDE.
We are not responsible packages returned to the OrgasmAide warehouse due to incorrect shipping address.
You will receive our tracking number when your order is shipped.
Any items/packages lost during transit will be given a product refund.
Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.
In the event your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, you will have a different logistics way bill number.
Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
Taxes: For the sake of our customers' shipping experience, you are not responsible for any taxes or fees as long as you purchase products from our store. All taxes and fees are covered by us.

CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. If you regret your purchase, you must contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order (within 24 hours).
RETURN POLICY
With us, you can return unopened packages or some unused products. After your goods are delivered, you have 30 days to return or exchange them (shipping charges are non-refundable). OrgasmAide will not accept any returns after 30 days.
According to the California Health Code and for hygiene reasons, the right to return a Caring product expires when the package is opened. We do not accept exchange/return of opened, used or worn goods. (Unless the product is defective or incorrect goods are shipped by mistake.)
Specific non-returnable items are as follows:
- Any items that have been worn, used or changed.
- Any item specified on its product page as non-returnable.
- Inventory clearance.
If within 30 days you regret your purchase or the product has a quality problem, here is our refund and exchange process:
- Please contact our customer support via email during our working hours and we will reply within two working days.
- If you want to exchange or return the goods, please take pictures of the products and send them to us. We must confirm the condition of the goods.
- You shall bear the freight of returning goods.
- All goods (including all parts and accessories) must be returned to us by express.
- If you want to replace it, you will have to bear the cost of our re-delivery. (Only the same products can be replaced)

- The customer shall return the products to the designated address. We will provide you with return information via email. We will arrange a full refund for you upon receipt of your return.
- The return order requires the order number to be written on the outside of the package.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@orgasmaide.com} .
SHIPPING RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
