• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened and unused products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.

• Opened, used, or worn products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

• Non-returnable items: Worn, used, altered products, and those specified as non-returnable on their product page. Clearance items are also non-returnable.

Refund and Exchange Process
